This is a commercial on-line, for-profit Fine Arts Gallery representing the work of Stephen Crall for admirers, fans, friends, colleagues and collectors who have been waiting for this opportunity.

Lege Artis Philosophy is Latin for the law of art and was chosen as the name for this  website as it corresponds to the extraordinary, remarkable art presented.  Art and Philosophy mutually strengthen each other.  

Czech Philosopher, Ladislav Klíma, excellently defined the parameters of art by comparing it to philosophy and spoke of the difficulty of telling the difference between Art and Philosophy.  "How do you know art is great? Where art and philosophy meet, one can truly say art becomes philosophy and great philosophy becomes art."
